Jason has significant experience representing clients in commercial litigation, healthcare, mass torts, and product liability matters in state and federal courts throughout the country.  He has represented a pharmaceutical corporation in an investigation of its sales and marketing activities as well as represented companies in investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and numerous state agencies and regulators.  He has served as an integral member of trial teams in cases involving complex legal, medical, and scientific issues.  Jason’s experience includes representing the manufacturer of hernia and pelvic mesh products in lawsuits alleging post-implant injuries, defending a leading pharmaceutical company in mass tort litigation alleging systemic injuries from medication, and securing a jury verdict of no liability against an Indian steel manufacturer sued for more than $40 million in damages resulting from the alleged failure of a portion of a hydraulic fracturing well.

Born in San Antonio, Texas, Jason attended Robert E. Lee High School and Dartmouth College, where he graduated with high honors.  Jason later received a Master of Science from Northwestern University and a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the University of Michigan.  Jason has over twenty years of litigation experience and has worked for some of the most prestigious law firms in the country, including Morgan Lewis (New York) and Reed Smith (Houston).
